Financials
You will earn money from direct sales and from agents you recruit. You will earn 80% of all income generated on initial sales and lettings as a franchise owner and up to 75% recurring income on lettings management. The fees you charge are flexible and may be tailored to your local market.
You can increase your earnings by recruiting additional agents. Agents are paid 50% of commissions earned and you will be paid a percentage of earnings for all agents that you recruit and mentor. Add to this the residual management income, and the profits go up and up! There’s really nothing remaining for you to do other than to go out, get business and recruit agents.
